Olon S.p.A. and Solmag, Division of Fidia Farmaceutici S.p.A. are two independent companies listed among the world leading producers of Pharmaceutical Active Ingredients. Olon establishes its experience in fermentation processes, the foundation and the building of the first group facility, the fermentation plant of Settimo Torinese, dates back to 1907. Solmag know how is based on organic synthesis. In order to strengthen their presence in the global pharmaceutical marketplace, Solmag and Olon have merged their commercial structures into one common organization: Solmag-Olon. Our production sites operate in compliance with cGMP and our plants are located in Italy. Both companies are part of the P&R Group (www.prholding.it) established in 2006 and including several companies operating in diversified chemical sectors.
